VP of Operations
Mr. Witt has over 15 years of experience which includes construction management, project management, planning and architectural and fire protection design services. He is the technical owner’s representative for the Cordish Companies Development on the $500 million dollar Texas Live! and Live by Loews hotel projects, superintendent on the multi-billion-dollar Texas Ranger Ballpark and construction manager for several other DFW projects. Mr. Witt also provided Quality Assurance inspection services for DFW Airport Terminal B and several associated buildings.
He ensured that quality requirements were met to the clients’ expectations during maintenance construction; monitored the work progress of prime and subcontractors; and established monthly computer reports of compliance with construction progress and work orders. He was also the senior architectural technician for the Dallas Love Field Modernization project and lead designer of fire protection AutoCAD drawings for the Dallas Cowboys Stadium while supervising the design work effort of subcontractors, inspection of pipe installations, supervising work crews and quality assurance for all fire protection services.
An accomplished professional in the Construction and Project Management industry and has worked with major companies and corporations on several large-scale projects. Mr. Witt was also the LeVis General Superintendent for the Dallas Independent School District, $42 Million Dade Middle School project.
