Ms. Monica L. Bailey is the owner and founder of LeVis Consulting Group, LLC (LCG), where she leads the firm’s overall strategy, operations, and growth. Under her leadership, LCG delivers construction and construction management services across aviation, transportation, K-12, and commercial sectors.

With over 28 years of A/E/C industry experience, Ms. Bailey specializes in contracts management, project administration, and business development. She has secured and supported major projects including Dallas Love Field, DFW International Airport, Dallas ISD, and the Dallas Housing Authority.

Ms. Bailey also serves as Vice Chair of the Regional Black Contractors Association and is a Board Member of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce.
